ADII is looking to add a highly skilled software application developer to its team. The person should have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications with PHP/MySQL. Knowledge of additional languages and technologies will be preferred.

  • Modify, maintain, test and optimize the performance of our pre-existing applications and software
  • Create new software applications that suits the business needs of our clients
  • M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA from reputed institute with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to complex software development requirements and new technologies

Office Manager
ADII is looking to recruit an Office Manager at its corporate office. This person will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Management of office activities with knowledge of human resource management and supervision
  • Assets and operation management; book-keeping and accounts management; and management of renewals and registration
  • Handling telephone calls; event and public relations management; and organizing meetings and arranging appointments
  • Preparing letters and reports; managing office budgets; and organizing training programmes for new employees
  • MBA from reputed institute with at least 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of office software packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

ADII is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager must be a self starter with the ability to create and close new business opportunities for the company.

  • Identify new opportunities/markets and build and manage relationships with them
